We are at the level of the first battery, looking towards the stern. 
In the foreground you can see one of the principal beams of the second battery,
at the back, the quarter-deck beams, the wing transom and the stern frame.

On devine tout à l'avant les apôtres qui maintiennent latéralement le mât de beaupré.

At the bow, one can make out the knight-heads which provide lateral support for the bowsprit.
